We all have stories. Sometimes we spend our lives stuck inside of the story, feeling completely isolated, full of shame, fear and judgment, yet desperately praying for something to change.

The change starts within us.

Somehow, through trial and error, hope lost and hope gained, we make a decision to change the story and no longer let it define us. We gain perspective, clarity and understanding that maybe our story was meant to help others. 

​

Our pain shifts to our purpose. We realize the lessons we learned on our journey are no longer only us. We start to question the possibility that maybe the solutions we discovered are there to share with others.
